Convent of the Sacred Heart — New York, NY
The Master plan led to the design and construction of an addition including a five-story stair tower, new classrooms and art studios, a lower/middle school library, and new faculty and administrative offices. Interior renovations include the chapel, a new dining facility, the expansion of the existing auditorium and a new fine arts center. The project maximizes all possible zoning-defined areas available within the buildings, and realigns major rooms and spaces with the current mission of the school.

THOMAS PLACE — ROWAYTON, CT
Twenty-two residential waterside units at 4,500 sq. ft. each. These structures required a FEMA-approved pile system with flood control walls, pump stations and emergency generators. The overall site development plan required the installation of a new infrastructure including sanitary, storm sewers and a new road.
