TAL ETSHTIEN
Owner and Chairman of the Group

Tal Etshtien has over twelve years of experience in the real estate development business. In 1996, he founded Archimedes Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the group. Under the Archimedes Group umbrella there are four firms with specific expertise relating to this project:

• Archimedes Builders, is a design/build residential construction company based in Greenwich CT, NYC and the Hamptons.
• Archimedes Commercial Construction, is a fully bonded general contractor and construction manager of our commercial construction company based in Greenwich CT that specializes in municipal, ground up midrise, tenant fit out, retail fit out, medical facilities, shopping centers and hotels.
• Green Cycle Housing, is a GREEN design/ build construction firm.
• Greenwich RE which is the real estate development arm of the group that develops high end residential real estate in Greenwich and the Hamptons. Greenwich RE currently has a real estate portfolio in Greenwich CT.

Since 1997, Mr. Etshtien has managed real estate development projects for a number of clients and investors. He typically focuses on the identification and acquisition of undervalued residential real estate with the goal of developing and profitably divesting the properties.

Mr. Etshtien graduated from Williams College in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, concentrations in Art Studio and History.
